Refund Policy

Full Access is a digital educational product. You may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase if all of the following limited-use conditions are met:

• less than 10% of the Intensive Course has been marked complete;
• no more than one complete Mock Test has been submitted; and
• no more than two AI-assessed Speaking or Writing responses have been submitted.

Duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, material technical failures, and rights required by applicable law are reviewed separately and are not restricted by these usage limits.

Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method. Processing time depends on PayPal and the customer’s financial institution.

The support email for refund requests will be added before public enrollment opens.
