CELPIP AI Test Preparation may collect account information, course progress, written responses, speaking recordings, AI feedback, purchase records, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

How information is used

Information is used to provide access, save progress, evaluate submitted practice responses, generate educational feedback, process payments, provide support, prevent misuse, and improve reliability.

AI processing and payments

Submitted responses may be processed by service providers that support AI feedback and secure hosting. PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy terms. We do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Retention

Learner speaking recordings, written responses, and associated AI feedback are scheduled for deletion within 30 days after Full Access ends. Limited backup copies may remain temporarily until routine backup deletion is completed. Payment and transaction records may be retained longer when required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. The privacy contact email and Privacy Officer information will be added before public enrollment opens.
